Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inbound, storage, inventory, order fulfilment and outbound operations.
- Plan manpower, shift coverage, storage utilisation and equipment requirements.
- Monitor customer SLAs, order accuracy, productivity and turnaround times.
- Control overtime, consumables, damages and other controllable operating expenses.
- Ensure timely SAP/WMS transactions and daily operational MIS.
- Lead stock counts, reconciliation, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, finance and central operations.
- Prepare daily performance reports and support customer and internal audits.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate or logistics/supply chain diploma preferred.
- Strong warehouse operations and team leadership experience.
- Practical SAP/WMS and Excel knowledge.
- Customer communication, problem-solving and cost-control skills.
- Industrial warehousing or 3PL experience strongly preferred.
