SAP Warehouse Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Process goods receipts, GRNs, goods issues and stock transfers in SAP.
• Record and verify inbound and outbound warehouse transactions.
• Maintain delivery documentation, dispatch records and customer MIS.
• Reconcile system stock with physical stock and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely transaction posting.
• Track pending transactions, shipment status and documentation exceptions.
• Support cycle counts, audits and daily stock reporting.

Eligibility & Skills

• Practical experience in SAP MM, WM or EWM, according to the customer setup.
• Knowledge of GRN, GI, transfer postings and inventory reconciliation.
• Good Excel skills and high attention to data accuracy.
• Must be able to demonstrate actual SAP transaction knowledge during interview.
