Key Responsibilities
- Allocate manpower across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Conduct shift briefings and monitor attendance and output.
- Track productivity, picking accuracy, pending orders and dispatch deadlines.
- Coordinate with SAP operators and resolve physical/system discrepancies.
- Maintain shift handover reports, incident records and housekeeping standards.
- Escalate customer issues, stock variances, damage and safety incidents.
- Ensure SOP compliance and discipline among warehouse associates.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate / diploma preferred.
- Hands-on warehouse supervision experience.
- Experience leading teams of warehouse workers.
- Basic Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- SAP/WMS exposure preferred.
- Ability to work rotational shifts and meet operational targets.
